Founder & Director of Spark Group

Specializing in Leadership & Vision

Visionary Founder & Director of Spark Dance Academy, launched on 7th February 2020. What began as a dance academy has now grown into a complete hub for dance, fitness, creativity, and education in Kuwait.

Under his leadership, the Spark brand has expanded into multiple successful ventures: Spark Dance Academy – Professional training in Bollywood, Classical & Fusion dance for ladies and kids. Spark Yoga – A space for peace, balance, and healthy living through yoga practices. Spark Zumba Fitness – Fun and energetic fitness sessions designed to keep the community active and motivated. Spark Play School – A safe, caring, and joyful environment for children to learn, play, and grow. Spark Drawing Class – Creative art sessions helping kids develop focus, imagination, and artistic skills. Sardar Shaik believes that 'Every child and every person has a hidden spark of talent within them – all they need is the right platform, guidance, and motivation to shine bright.' He says with pride: 'All our students are like our family members. We are so happy that God has blessed us with a big and happy Spark family.' His mission is simple yet powerful: to inspire lives, build confidence, and spread happiness through dance, fitness, and learning.

I am Deepika Kedawat, a passionate dance teacher and performer with over 6 years of experience in the world of dance. Specializing in Bollywood dance, I love bringing energy, grace, and creativity to every performance and class.

Hailing from the culturally rich land of Rajasthan, I carry forward the traditions of rhythm and expression, blending them with the vibrant and dynamic style of Bollywood. My journey in dance is not just about teaching steps—it's about helping students discover confidence, joy, and freedom through movement. Whether it's for beginners finding their groove or advanced learners perfecting their art, I strive to create a space full of positivity, motivation, and learning. For me, dance is not only an art—it's a celebration of life.

Certified yoga instructor with Master's degree in Yoga Therapy from S-VYASA, 500 hours TTC of Yoga Alliance proficiency, and Diploma in Yoga.

Expert in traditional and modern yoga practices, dedicated to helping students achieve physical, mental, and spiritual well-being through authentic yoga teachings and therapeutic approaches. With a Master's degree in Yoga Therapy from S-VYASA, 500 hours TTC of Yoga Alliance proficiency, and Diploma in Yoga, Jeet brings comprehensive knowledge of both traditional and contemporary yoga methodologies.

Specializing in Traditional Garba & Bollywood Dance

Coming from Gujarat – the heart of Garba, Rashmi has been connected to dance since her childhood. She grew up performing traditional Garba, Dandiya Raas, and folk styles, carrying forward the rich culture of her roots.

Her passion for dance is not just limited to tradition – Rashmi also brings vibrant energy in Bollywood dance, making every step lively, graceful, and full of expression. With years of experience, a natural rhythm, and deep cultural connection, Rashmi Pranjal is here to share her knowledge, inspire students, and spread the joy of Garba and Bollywood dance at Spark. Founded in 2020 by visionary leader Sardar Shaik, Spark Dance Academy began with a simple yet powerful vision: to create a nurturing space where creativity flourishes and artistic talents are discovered and developed.

What started as a small dance studio has grown into the complete Spark ecosystem—a comprehensive hub offering dance, yoga, pre-school education, daycare, and drawing programs. We believe in the transformative power of arts education and its ability to build confidence, discipline, and joy in learners of all ages.

Today, we're proud to be recognized as one of Kuwait's leading academies for arts education, with a community of over 500 students who have found their spark with us.
